Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Print Connect LLC ("we", "us"), which runs Print Connect, a Shopify app. By installing or using Print Connect, you agree to them. Questions: help@printconnect.store.

What Print Connect is

Print Connect lets you design T-shirts and add them to your Shopify store, set up your store's basics and brand, and design its pages. Anyone can create an account, and Print Connect is free to use.

Your account

Keep your password private: you're responsible for what's done with your login. We may suspend a login that's misused or puts others at risk.

Your images and products

You keep all rights to the images you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them, print them and sell products with them. You let us store and process them only to provide Print Connect to you: to make previews and product photos and put them in your store. Print Connect's sample images are ours, and you may use them in your store and on products you sell.

Your store

Print Connect changes your store only when you ask it to. Your store is yours to run: products, prices, orders, fulfillment, customer service, and complying with the law and Shopify's terms. Orders are printed and shipped through Printful's own Shopify app, under Printful's terms, not ours.

Shopify

Shopify isn't a party to these terms. We alone are responsible for Print Connect: its development, distribution, support, and how it handles your store's data. Shopify isn't responsible for Print Connect, or for any fault in it or harm from installing or using it, and can't help you install or use it. These terms don't take away any protection Shopify has under its own terms.

No warranty; limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Print Connect is provided as is and as available, without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or sales, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about Print Connect is limited to US$100. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using Print Connect at any time by uninstalling it in Shopify. We may change or stop Print Connect, or end your access, giving notice where we can. What happens to your data then is in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We'll post changes here and update the date above. For a change that matters, we'll tell you first. Using Print Connect after a change means you accept it.
